What is your return policy?

Please see our returns page for our full returns policy. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase however please inform us you would like to return your items within 14 days of receipt.

When can i except my refund?

If you have returned a product to us please expect either a credit note, exchange or refund to be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your return.

What are the payment options?

We take various options when it comes to payment. We take visa, visa debit, Mastercard and PayPal. Every payment is treated with the privacy that is required. Please see the privacy policy.

What do i do if i want to cancel or amend my order?

If for whatever reason you need to cancel or amend your order please contact the office ASAP. We will try to accommodate you. But most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
